Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we are only shipping within the UK
Do the giftboxes come gift-wrapped?
All our giftboxes come with free Gift-wrapping we wrap them in tissue paper and jute ribbon around it. If it's going direct to the recipient we can handwrite a message of your choosing. If it's going back to you we can send it in a shipping bag so you can have a peek inside before gifting.
Can you Gift-wrap my order?
If you'd like Gift-wrapping? Just reply to your order confirmation (email) and we'd be happy to show you the options available.
What is the minimum spend to get free delivery?
Yes we offer free 2nd class delivery with orders £30+
What is the age range instore?
0-6 years with a selection of thinking of you, reusables / skincare for the whole family
We are increasing what is on offer for this age group weekly so keep an eye on the website to see the latest arrivals.
Do you accept / sell second hand clothing?
In-store we have an exchange scheme where we accept second hand clothing in in exchange for store credit that can be used online. At the moment we are accepting 2-5 years autumn / winter clothing. It doesn't need to be organic clothing it just needs to be clean, dry with no rips or stains and ready to go to another home.

Reusables - From £5.00
Baby / Toddler clothing from £9.99-£48 the top end being the snowsuits / splashsuits
Teethers - From £5.00 - £14.96 with the high end being a large teether / rattle made from natural rubber.
Bibs £9 for dribble bibs - £19.99 for coveralls with sleeves
Books - These have universal pricing starting from £4.99-£14.99
Cards - £3.00
Wooden Toys - £6.75 - £52.50

What type of baby grows / sleepsuits do you offer?
Several suits with cuffs that can be folder over to be used as mitts / foot covers

Do you only work with brands / makers who are 100% environmentally friendly?
No, we work with brands and makers who like us realise that we (as a nation) need to change and we can all do this together by taking reasonable steps. We are keen to work with anyone who has the vision and drive to do their bit especially in the gifting industry.
We know that alone isn't enough but collectively we can make a difference. We are keen advocates and often partake in community clean ups as well as beach cleans both locally and further afield
Do you have a store?
We do indeed you can browse in person at Devon Eco Boutique 11 Broad Street, Ottery St Mary, EX11 1BY you can find our opening times on the homepage of our website / information relating to what facilities we have and where you can park for 2hrs for free in the town.
Are you offering rent a shelf space?
Yes, we have a variety of options but we are only offering 20 spaces to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of a sale and we can sustainably support you instore. These vary from wall space for artists too shelf space for brands and makers. We do not take any commission from your sale you simply pay for your rent a space option monthly and we will only deduct cost of sale from the sale.
